For a peaceful and happy home both husband and wife should remain on friendly terms. They should not be fighting with each other. As a husband it is your duty to keep your wife happy. Here are some tips that will help you in this regards.

Most children’s accidents occur at home, between 4 and 6 pm on weekdays, and at the weekend. The most dangerous areas are the backyard and the kitchen and the most common accidents are the falls, cuts, poisoning, burns and scalds, drowning, and motor vehicle and bicycle injuries.

Message
The God we serve is not only a God of choice and promise but also a friendly and loving God. Genesis 18:17 says,
“And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do?”
By this, God meant that because of his friendship with Abraham, it has become difficult for Him to hide certain future event from him. As high as God is, yet is He not ashamed to make the works of His hands His friends. Our Lord Jesus Christ also exhibited the same character. In John 15:15, Jesus declared:
“Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.”
In other words, when you newly give your life to Christ, He may keep some secrets from you until He tries you out and sees you are ready and worthy of being trusted with divine secrets. In the Kingdom, a child is seen as no different from a servant until he grows into maturity (Genesis 4:1-2).

If you are wise and move on from being a child who may or may not obey Him, to being His bond servant – who would always obey Him, you will begin to learn His trust and confidence. Then, He will start to share some secrets with you, and would wait to see how you handle such privileged information. When He has tested your level of commitment, love and loyalty, and He is satisfied, He will upgrade the relationship by making you a friend. Abraham was a friend of God and Christ’s disciples were also elevated to become His friends. From that moment onwards, He told them virtually everything the father revealed to Him. At what level are you operating? Becoming His friend has nothing to do with the number of years spent in the Kingdom. There are believers of 5, 10, and 20 years or more who are still children and hence like servants. They have not been able to upgrade their relationship to friendship status; yet there are converts of six months or one year of whom the Lord is almost finding it difficult to do without. They are already operating as His friends, enjoying lots of divine secrets. Locate yourself where you are and move up.

Sometimes, when the King of glory pays you a visit, things will happen so fast that you may think that you are dreaming. When Peter had such a visit, he thought he was dreaming. After the angel left him out of prison and finally vanished, that was when he realised it was no dream (Acts 12:1-11). A brother who never believed he could own a car in his life time received a great shocker one day when a relative bought him a car and asked somebody to deliver it to him. He asked: ‘Is this for me?’ the one who brought it said ‘Yes’. The man simply turned around and began to walk away. He thought he was dreaming. Psalm 126:1-3 says when God visited His people who were in captivity, their deliverance came like a dream. Then those who were full of sorrow became filled with might and laughter. The truth is: after waiting for long to receive a particular blessing, when the blessing is to come, it will be in a hurry, especially if there is a divine visitation influencing it. In the name of Jesus, your blessing shall come to you like a dream. That good desire that has been denied you for so long will be delivered to you this season. Your blessings are going to locate you in a hurry.

However, you may want to ask: How can I initiate a divine visitation? This can be done through prayer. Acts 12:5 says before Peter’s divine visitation, the church prayed without ceasing. Don’t give up on your prayers! Be persistent until God shows up. Also, high praises in the midst of that unpleasant situation can attract God’s visitation as was the experience of Paul and Silas (Acts 16:25-26). In addition, you can attract God’s visit when you give what nobody else has given. It could be money, time, dedication, etc. This was how Solomon attracted a divine visitation (2 Chronicles 1:6-12). Moreover, you can attract God’s visit by honouring God in different ways, particularly with your first fruits. God says He will honour those who honour Him (1 Samuel 2:30). Are you prepared to honour Him? Go ahead and provoke God’s divine visitation today!

Ask that as many as are in various satanic bondages such as prostitution, alcohol, sodomy, drug addiction, masturbation, serial killing, etc. be liberated by the blood of Jesus. -->

SATANIC KINGDOM: BEWARE

The earth which was made an habitation for man (Gen. 1:26. Isa. 45:18) has now become the abode of Satan and his demon host. Instead of man having dominion over the earth as intended by God, Satan has become the world’s unseen ruler. Satan, called the god of this world by Paul (II Cor. 4:4) and prince of this world by Jesus (John 14:30) is indeed the head of this whole world system.

There are three categories of champions: potential champions (champions to be), reigning champions (existing champions), and ex-champions (those who were once champions). Of the first category, virtually everyone was born to this world with the potential of becoming a champion. But as you would expect, it is one thing to have the potential to be something, but it is entirely different ball game to run with the vision and actualize this potential. Every man is a potential father but not all men become fathers. This also applies to women. Not all women who had the potential of becoming a mother eventually became one. Every good potential in your life shall be pursued to its logical conclusion in Jesus name. in Bible times, Gehazi had the potential of having four times the anointing of Elijah, he could have become a super champion, but he bungled it.

In 1977, at a congress we held at Ilorin (Nigeria), during the prayer time, I told the brethren that God told me that one day, The Redeemed Christian Church of God will be all over the world, and that it will take place very soon. They said amen. I was speaking as a potential champion then. Some among those who said amen left us. Also, in 1983, during our first Church Convention at the camp grounds, when we had about 15 or 16 buildings in all, we slaughtered a total of 10 cows during the Convention. I told them that someday, we will be using trailers to bring cows to our Conventions, and they said amen. In that particular year’s Congress held at Ilorin, I travelled in the company of a brother we were ordained together as pastors on the same day. On our way, I prophesied that The Redeemed Christian church of God will soon be all over that place. He said amen. Today, out of the five potential champions ordained the same day with me; I am the only one still in The Redeemed Christian Church of God. Of the five, I loved one so much. Whenever I travelled to his station of service, we would sleep on the same bed. As we lay on bed, I share with him the future the Lord as shown me. Yet, as close as we were, he never caught the fire. It is possible to sleep by the fire and never be ignited. May you not die as a potential champion! May your potentials become a reality this season. What are you doing to bring your potentials into reality?

KEY POINT
A potential champion and a champion started from the same place but while the former did not do enough to bring his potential into reality, the later went the extra mile.

EASY WAYS TO MAKE YOUR PARENTS FEEL HAPPY: APPLICABLE TO EVERYONE

The parents nowadays are quite worried about the behavioral changes in their children due to several socioeconomic reasons. The gap between parents and the younger generations, is increasing day by day due to which the family bonding is getting weaker and weaker. They have forgotten the countless efforts and sacrifices made by their parents throughout their lives.

Here are some practical suggestions for dealing with anger.
1. When you are angry say nothing.

If we speak in anger we will definitely aggravate the situation and quite likely hurt the feelings of others. If we speak in anger we will find that people respond in kind, creating a spiral of negative anger. If we can remain outwardly silent it gives time for the emotion of anger to leave us.

Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love... Ephesians 4:1-2

God Is Our Example

The Lord commanded his ancient people: “You shall be holy; for I Jehovah your God am holy” (Leviticus 19:2). Similarly, Christ admonished: “You therefore shall be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect” (Matthew 5:48). The example of Jehovah’s lovingkindness was a great motivation in David’s life (Psalm 26:3). Heaven’s example in extending forgiveness for our transgressions can surely encourage us to be compassionate concerning those who have offended us (see Ephesians 4:32).

1. Inner purity is necessary to approach and see the pure and holy God.
"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God" (Matthew 5:8).

1. Prepare yourself for marriage.

Be ready for the responsibilities (education and career preparation) and save up some money. And save yourself for marriage.

Godly character can be defined as "the ability to discern God's right way from the wrong, and to voluntarily surrender one's own will to do what is right in God's sight and, with the promised supernatural help, to resist the wrong even under pressure and temptation."

Looking at himself in the mirror, the old man had come to understand his deeds and what he truly was. He understood that he was corrupt and carnal, and that he was cut off from God without access to His Holy Spirit. Even more, this old man understood that he had to repent of his past sins, to which he had been enslaved his entire life. If the old man died, he knew that he would be free from sin.

Are you humble? I have a friend who jokingly says, "I'm proud of my humility." The funny thing is that he actually is one of the more humble men I know. He and I both realize that humility is no joke. It is a hard thing to master. If I say I am humble, then am I humble? If I think I'm humble, am I? Or what if I say, "In my humble opinion, I'm not very humble," then what do I do?

When spiritual dryness hits, we should not delay in developing a plan of action to be replenished with the living water of Christ.

Have you ever felt as though you couldn't hear the Lord's voice if He were next to you shouting your name? Have you been, or are you now in, a period of spiritual dryness? If you have had a spiritually dry time and are now past it, then praise God. If, however, you are in the midst of one, then maybe this can help you.

In light of two Christian friends suddenly discovering they have terminal cancer, I have been forced to face some issues in my own life. As a Christian who defends the faith, who teaches about God's love, and who seeks to have the ministry of Jesus spread as far as possible, I find that my own heart is cold, dark, and selfish. I do not like what I see.

What is a Christian? Many think they are Christians because they claim to believe in Jesus. But, believing in Jesus often means nothing, or anything, particularly here in America where pluralism and relativism are rampant. Intolerance is the only thing not tolerated by the postmodernist who says, "My truth is different than your truth, so don't judge me with your outdated morals." Such commentary by the non-thinking and spiritually dead is all too common. But it doesn't change the true meaning of what it means to be a follower of Christ. So, what does it mean to be a Christian?

Sin is the breaking of God's law. If God says "Do not lie" and you lie, then you have broken His law and sinned. When you sin, you offend God because it is His law that you have broken. Also, the reason God says to not lie, not cheat, etc., is because these laws reflect the moral purity of His nature. Therefore, the Law is a reflection of the character of God. It is wrong to lie because God cannot lie. It is wrong to steal because God cannot steal, etc. The moral law is not arbitrary. It is based on God's holiness.

Answer: The phrase “unequally yoked” comes from 2 Corinthians 6:14 in the King James Version: “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?” The New American Standard Version is a little more forthright: “Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness?”

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion,
seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, (do not ignore him) steadfast in the faith,
knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.” (1 Peter 5:8-9)

Many people who have faced rejection and abuse as a child, grow up with unresolved emotional wounds. Rejection causes emotional wounds, which if not cleansed and released, will grow and fester into spiritual wounds (such as unforgiveness, envy, blaming God, jealousy, etc.). Those spiritual wounds open us upto evil spirits which love to take advantage of this opportunity to invade us. The goal of the enemy is to get us built up with emotional baggage inside and negative feelings in our hearts against one another, ourselves, and God.

Sexual play (intercourse, oral, etc.) is supposed to be for marriage. Whether or not you're a Christian, it's wise to keep this rule. It is not only opens a person up to diseases and curses such as HIV, but it also creates unholy soul ties (spiritual bondage between one person and another), which can cause unclean (demonic) bondages to transfer from one person to the other.

A stronghold is a faulty thinking pattern based on lies and deception. Deception is one of the primary weapons of the devil, because it is the building blocks for a stronghold. What strongholds can do is cause us to think in ways which block us from God's best. For example, if you think you have to confess all your sins to everybody you've ever wronged, you'll feel just awful and guilty until you do all that, and even then, you'll probably feel guilty, because you probably forgot many people that you didn't confess your sins to. All unnecessary, and a waste of time, all because you were deceived and thought that you had to do something that you really didn't have to do.

Unforgiveness is actually a form of hate against another person. If a person hates somebody, it is a sign that the person is lacking love in their heart. Why? They are not firmly rooted and grounded in the love of Christ, and Christ's love is not flowing through them. As simple as that sounds, that's how it works.

Matthew 22:37-40, "Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."

Satan dictates or rules a host of evil spirits in a well organized demonic hierarchy. There is proof of this demonic structure in scripture. A good example is found in Daniel where an angel had to fight the prince of Persia, which is clearly not a human being, but an evil spirit that was placed in charge of the kingdom of Persia to carry out Satan's plans there:

So many in the church today believe that it's Satan who tempts God's children and lures them into sin. They believe that Satan is behind their spiritual problems and that they are directly struggling with the devil himself. The truth is, they are not wrestling against Satan, but rather his network of demons. Even when a child is tempted to sin, that temptation doesn't come from Satan directly, but through Satan's army of fallen angels (demons). It's as if we believe there's an imaginary evil being out there that comes to our door each day to tempt us, when in reality, we are being approached by evil spirits! It seems that everybody wants to think it's Satan tempting or oppressing them, but nobody wants to think it's an evil spirit or demon.

Every time I hear somebody say, "But nobody is perfect!" I cringe. Why? Because most of the time, they are looking at the imperfect lives of others and using the weaknesses of others to excuse some sin or issue in their own life. This behavior is not found in scripture... as a matter of fact, we are never to excuse sin or weakness, but rather put the light on the wrong, and get it dealt with. The sooner we get things made right, the better off we will be. Let's stop looking at the problem and excusing it, and let's ask ourselves a very valuable question: Why are we not perfect? Why do we struggle in certain areas of our lives? Because there are strongholds (incorrect thinking patterns... spider webs in our mind), unclean spirits (which can make it very difficult for a person to resist sin), or we are still allowing other things to become more important to us than our relationship with God (lack of relationship with God).

Let us now explore what it means to offer ourselves as a sacrifice and how we can do it.

ONE: You must give your life to Christ and experience the new birth. When you take this step, you will experience a major lift from the level of defeat to the level of dominion. The bible says:

“Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the Kingdom of his dear son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins” (Colossians 1:13,14)

TWO: You must pray fervently as instructed below. Prayer changes things. Prayer can change your dreams, too. Significantly, prayer removes the hands of the devil from your dreams.

THREE: Get personal practical help. In most cases, you may need person-to-person counselling. Thousands of lives have been transformed through counseling and prayer. We counsel and pray for people every week. Your spiritual problem is our concern. If you were attacked in your dream, never panic when you wake up. Cooly and calmly, even if your body is vibrating with fear, take the offensive. Use the name of Jesus as your combination shield and battering ram. Plead the Blood of Jesus and claim protection against the hosts of darkness. Rebuke satan and take authority over him and his wicked followers in the name of Jesus. Be persistent. ANY REGULAR DREAM SHOULD BE GIVEN PROPER ATTENTION. It may be a pointer to the way of solution to a particular problem. Be assured that the devil and his cohorts are behind all the horrible experiences in dreams like eating with the dead, swimming in water, serving people you do not know, playing with snakes, marriage in the spirit world with unknown men or women, having children in the spirit world, having sexual intercourse with known or unknown partners, getting out of the body for meetings, forceful sex or feeding, regular drinking of red liquid, being on a throne with unknown or known faces worshiping or bowing down to you and presence in unholy parties etc. Finally prepare you heart now for the practical session below.

PRAYER POINTS:
I claim all the good things which God has revealed to me through dreams. I reject all bad and satanic dreams in the name of Jesus.

(You are going to be specific here. Place your hand on your chest and talk to God specifically about the dreams which need to be cancelled. Cancel it with all your strength. If it need fire, command the fire of God to burn it to ashes.)

O Lord, perform the necessary surgical operation in my life and change all that had gone wrong in the spirit world.

I claim back all the good things which I have lost as a result of defeat and attacks in my dreams in Jesus’ name.

I arrest every spiritual attacker and paralyse their activities in my life in the name of Jesus.

I retrieve my stolen virtues, goodness and blessings in Jesus’ name.

Let all satanic manipulations through dreams be dissolved in Jesus’ name.

Let all arrows, gun shots, wounds, harrassment, opposition in dreams return to the sender in the name of Jesus.

I reject every evil spiritual load placed on me through dreams in Jesus’ name.

All spiritual animals (cats, dogs, snakes, crocodiles) paraded against me should be chained and return to the senders in the name of Jesus.

Holy Ghost, purge my intestine and my blood from satanic foods and injections.

I break every evil covenant and intiation through dreams in the name of Jesus. -->

WHY ARE SEXUAL SINS SO EMBARRASSING?

The Lord gave me a powerful revelation today on the hold that sexual sins have on people. Why are they so powerful to grip and hold a person in guilt and shame? It seems they are among the all-time, best-selling weapons that Satan uses against countless individuals around the world today!

Why cast out demons? They don't leave automatically!
It's vital to understand the importance of casting out demons. Some believers assume that demons will automatically leave on their own accord once the legal grounds are removed, but that simply isn't true. I believe there are many times when they do, simply because the demon chooses not to hang around where he has no 'hold' or 'right' to a person, but that is by no means true in every case.

Can man lie? Oh, yes! He does it on a regular basis. He will say one thing and do another. He will make promises that He never intends to keep. He will tell a lie, deceive, deal falsely, be untrue in his commitments, trick you, cheat you for his own advantage, and fail you.
The Good News is that "God is not a man..." (Numbers 23:19).

Seven Wonders of the Holy Spirit

When we study the nature of this gift, we find it described in seven ways, each of which is a wonder in itself.

1. Indwelling

Speaking to all Christians, Paul said, "Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his". Paul said that you have life from Christ only "if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you" (Rom 8:5-17 esp v 9-11).

Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone loves me he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come and make our abode with him" (Jhn 14:23). There is no reason to limit this promise to the apostles alone, any more than the promise in verses 1-3. However, there are "signs of an apostle" which the Spirit does not impart to everyone (2Co 12:12).

Since a "dwelling" or "abode" is a place where one lives, we understand that God's "indwelling" and "making his abode" with us means that God lives in us (2Tm 1:14, 2Co 6:16, 1Jn 4:12-13). This is hard to understand, but we can accept the gift of the Holy Spirit as an indwelling of God without fully understanding its operation.

The indwelling of God's Spirit means that our bodies (not only our hearts) become a sanctuary of God, and we should treat and use our bodies accordingly (1Co 6:19, Rom 12:1).

2. Renewing

All who are saved by God's mercy have experienced "the washing of new birth and renewing by the Holy Spirit" (Tit 3:4-7, Jhn 3:5, Eph 5:26, 1Pe 3:21).

The terms "rebirth", "new birth," "regeneration", "born again", "born anew", all refer to the same thing: the newness of life imparted when we are baptized into Christ (Rom 6:4,6,13, 2Co 4:16, Col 3:10, Eph 4:23-24).

3. Outpouring

All who are saved through "the washing of new birth" have the Holy Spirit "poured out abundantly" upon them (Tit 3:4-7).

God gives his Spirit without measure (that is abundantly) to us (Jhn 3:34). We may enjoy and use the fullness of the blessing (Eph 1:3, Rom 15:29).

4. Anointing

False teachers will say we cannot understand the truth without their help —they claim to have unique knowledge without which Christians would misunderstand truth and be astray. However, it's the other way around. Christians have an anointing (the gift of the Spirit) which helps them discern truth and avoid being led astray by false teachers (1Jn 2:20,24,27, Jhn 16:13, 1Jn 4:6).

The anointing does not do away with the need for being properly taught from the scriptures, which are what was "heard from the beginning" and our source of truth. We are not referring to receiving divine inspiration or direct revelation. But the Spirit helps us all to discern genuine teachers and to understand the scriptures properly in the midst of error and confusion spread by antichrists.

5. Leading

We need guidance and assistance in our daily lives, so that we might be wise and circumspect, and apply God's truth to our lives (Jas 1:4-6, Eph 5:15-18, 1Co 10:13).

This leading is part of God's providence. We should gladly accept it as a normal blessing of the Christian life. We do not always see God's hand in our lives until well after the event. But knowing it is there gives us confidence.

6. Sealing

Paul said that those who heard the gospel, and who believed, were sealed with the Holy Spirit as a guarantee of their salvation (Eph 1:13-14, Eph 4:30, ,2Co 1:22).

The Spirit is given to us in a way that guarantees us eternal life. In other words, he ensures that we will always be able to fulfil the conditions required for inheriting eternal life (Eph 3:16-17). We are guaranteed that as a right, and nobody can take that right away from us.

7. Interceding

The Spirit is our paraclete, a helper and intercessor (Jhn 14:16-17).

An example of this is when we are inadequate to pray. It is a very great blessing to know that our prayers, unworthy as they may be, are presented to the Father by the Spirit and the Spirit's intercession makes our prayers presentable to God (Rom 8:26-27). How wonderfully reassuring it is to have this helper to bring our petitions and praises to God. We can be confident that, through Jesus who is also our advocate and intercessor (Rom 8:34), we "have access in one Spirit to the Father" (Eph 2:18).

1. Cleansing
The Blood of Jesus possesses cleansing power. If there is any form of dirt of filth in your life or environment, the Blood of Jesus will cleanse them.

2. Sanitisation
The Blood of Jesus could serve as disinfectant. Any thing that wants to pollute, will not be able to get in. You should sanitise your life, your body, house, shop, etc. In fact, before you move into a new apartment or house, you should sanitise it and the surroundings, with the Blood of Jesus. The foundations of many houses, were laid with sacrifices of all kinds. Houses that were built thirty of forty years ago, have things buried in them, by the owners and such things work negatively on the inhabitants of such houses, especially if they are not born again.

3. Deliverance:
When you call the Blood of Jesus into operation, it causes the enemy to flee, because it contains the life of God. It sets people free from bondage.

4. Healing: It can heal all forms of infirmity. When you plead the Blood of Jesus, things begin to happen.

5. Protection.

6. Life-giving power: to revive anyone or anything that is dead. It could be marriage, finances, business, etc.

7. Yoke-breaking: Whenever you plead the Blood of Jesus, people and things are set free from any kind of yoke.

8. Overcoming power.

9. Door-opening power to open every door that has been closed against good things in the life of a person.

10. Creative and re-creative power. Anything that is supposed to be in the life or body of a person, or has been removed through surgery or witchcraft, can be recalled back into existence by the Blood of Jesus.

11. Renewing power.

12. Battle dissolving power that makes the enemies go in disarray.

13. Promotion power and energy.

14. Breakthrough power.

15. Miracle receiving power

16. Poison destroying power. Many have been poisoned physically or spiritually. The Blood of Jesus neutralises such poisons and flushes them out of the system.

The ring-tone on one of my phones is the song: “Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing Blood, are you washed in the Blood of the Lamb.” One day, I was sitting somewhere and the phone rang; before I could answer the call, a woman had started to manifest and a strange voice spoke from her mouth, screaming: “Stop that music, stop that music!” The demon in her was affected by the song, because of the power in the Blood of Jesus.

When you plead the Blood of Jesus into any situation, it will eventually bow. Many people do not understand the overcoming weapons that they have in the word of God. The Bible says: “And they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony.”

Today, you will watch that Blood in display, if you will pray the prayers I am suggesting below, from your heart. That Blood was not shed in vain; it was shed for forgiveness, deliverances, protection, etc. You would be cheating yourself, if you do not use that facility.

A 26 year old sister who was looking like an old woman, heard a message like this and decided to use it. She locked herself up for three days, pleading the Blood of Jesus into her situation. By the time she came out, her correct body, shape, face, had been restored to her. She now looked her age.

If you want your right things to come back to you, pray with power and with fire. The power in the Blood of Jesus was given to it from the beginning. Do you know that there is power and life in blood generally? If a person lacks blood, it means he or she is dying. That is why some things work for occultists, who kill goats and fowls for sacrifice. How much more, the Blood of the Son of God?

There was a King in the Bible, who saw that he was loosing a battle; he quickly sacrificed his first son. As he was shedding that blood, Israel that was attacking them, got confused. If the blood of animals and human beings could make an impact, how much more, the Blood of Jesus, the Son of God?

Blood is a living thing and the Blood of Jesus, has the power to overcome anything that confronts you. However, there is a small condition. For you to plead the Blood of Jesus and have it work for you:

• You must surrender your life to the Lord Jesus. You must be completely yielded to Him.

• You must live a pure and holy life.

You have a wonderful opportunity today, to invite the overcoming power in the Blood of Jesus, to come into your situation.

If you are not born again and you would like to surrender your life to Christ, you can do so right now, right there where you are. All you need do, is see yourself as a sinner and know that you cannot approach God in your sinful state. Repent of your sins; confess them to the Lord and ask Him to forgive you. Name them one by one, renounce them and decide that you will not go back to them anymore.

I congratulate you for this decision that you have just taken; it is the most important decision in life, and I pray that it shall be permanent in your life, in the Name of Jesus. I pray that the Lord will uphold you with His hand or righteousness and you will not fall or fail in the Name of Jesus. I pray that the Lord will write your name in the Book of Life and nothing shall by any means, rub it off in the Name of Jesus. Go and sin no more!

It will be a pity, if after reading this message, the Blood of Jesus does not avail for you. Check yourself very well; is there anything in your life that could hinder the move or the power of God in your situation? Have you done or said something that you should not? Are you relating with people that you should not? Check yourself. Are there some things that the Holy Spirit has been telling you are bad, and you do not want to listen?

Today, as you plead the Blood of Jesus, His liquid raw power, will come upon your life and strange and marvellous things will begin to take place in your life. God will release all sorts of blessings upon your life today; physical, spiritual, material blessings, marital and financial breakthroughs, will be release upon your life as you plead the Blood of Jesus into your situation.

Some people will pray the following prayers, and will never know poverty again. Many will be healed from even terminal diseases, and they will have testimonies.

Confess all sins, known and unknown, conscious and unconscious, parental, inherited, maritial sins. God has all powers in His Hands and is ready to move, even right there, where you are. Believe God for the move of His power in your life.

A two-year old girl learnt this song and was always singing it: “There is power, there is power, there is power in the Blood of Jesus.”

Her mother noticed that she never took ill. One day, the mother washed the girl’s clothes and hung them outside. There was a high wind, which blew her small panty to the compound next to theirs and it landed in the sitting room of a neighbour, who was a herbalist. Immediately the pant landed, there was pandemonium in the room; everything turned upside down. Everything he knew how to do failed; nothing could avail for him. He did his consultation and he found out that there was a strange thing in the room. He tried to pick it, but he fell. He started to rain incantations, offered sacrifice, poured libation but he could not make a headway. He could not touch the pant, and everywhere was hot. Throughout that day, no customer came for consultation; he battled throughout the night. The following day, the wind blew again and this time, the girl saw her toy flying towards the man’s sitting room. She followed it and then saw her pant. She went straight towards it and picked it, singing her song. “There is power in the Blood of Jesus.” The herbalist tried to stop her, thinking the ‘strange’ thing would harm her but she picked her pant casually, from the centre of oil and blood poured around it. The girl picked it and left, still singing. That incidence, converted the herbalist. He surrendered his life to Christ, having seen that His Power is the absolute Power. He left his beggarly powers and came to the Lord.

There is a power that supersedes every other power. That power, transforms simple things into powerful weapons. The awesomeness and mystery of the power in the Blood of Jesus, is not being preached in the church today. Many present day Christians do not know many things about victory in the battles of life. Learning to claim the power in the Blood of Jesus, is very important. It is a prayer that brings deliverance and protection.

PLEADING THE BLOOD OF JESUS:

1. Gives protection before adversity strikes. It serves as prevention. [adsense]

2. Gives physical healing in the body. No matter what name is given to any problem, it will be solved, when the Blood of Jesus is brought in.

If you keep pleading the Blood of Jesus, no matter how terrible an infirmity is, it will disappear by the power in the Blood of Jesus. If your life is pure and you lay your hands on any sickness, pleading theBlood of Jesus, it will vanish. You might wonder if it is really as simple as that but that is the Power in the Blood of Jesus.

The Power in pleading the Blood of Jesus is yet to be understood by Man. Some people criticise those pleading the Blood of Jesus. It is because they have not passed through the valley, so they cannot know what it means. Someone who has never been tortured by a terminal disease cannot know what it means to be threatened by death, so he or she cannot understand why a cancer patient is praying fervently for healing, or why the person is jubilating after he or she has been miraculously healed. The preachers, who discourage people from praying fire prayers or pleading the Blood of Jesus, do so, because they have not experienced such things.

The Blood of Jesus cannot dry up; neither can it lose its power. Therefore you can plead it a million times, if you want to. The more you plead the Blood of Jesus, the more the chance of totally submerging the disease, in the pool of the Blood of Jesus.

Many Christians do not understand the power in the use of the weapons that God has given us against the enemy.

Unbelievers could sit throughout the night, chanting incantations or reciting things against people.

3. Gives emotional healing.

4. Gives mental healing.

5. Helps in battling dark powers.

6. Helps in battling the adversary.

7. Gives financial healing

If you stand in front of your shop or house and plead the Blood of Jesus every day, you will find out that the powers of darkness in that environment will dissipate.

As we are moving towards the End Times, we need to plead the Blood of Jesus, all the time. There is a lot of tragedy and disaster all over the place. Too many Christians are being robed or cheated or raped or murdered. Many are being hypnotised and confused. Pleading the Blood of Jesus, will give you immunity against these things.

8. Cleanses from all sins. Jesus came to die for the sins of the world and His Blood was shed for us. You can claim the cleansing power in His Blood and God will open a new chapter in your life.

You can plead the Blood of Jesus, over any and everything; your spirit, soul and body, your house, car, work, children, spouse, business, as a form of protection or prevention against evil. You can plead the Blood of Jesus over your journey, the road, the vehicle or aircraft, etc. If you are living or passing through a dangerous zone; you can draw a bloodline of protection, therefore making a boundary, against any evil.

A man had a poultry where, all of sudden, the chickens began to die. When he saw that he was going bankrupt with the loss, he cried unto the Lord, who ministered to him about drawing a bloodline around the poultry. Thus, creating a boundary that the enemy cannot cross. He walked round and drew the bloodline around the poultry that night. The following day, he found the carcass of a wolf, about two feet into the circle that he drew. It was stone dead; it had passed its bounds. Today, I pray that any wolf assigned against your life, shall die in the Name of Jesus. Draw the Bloodline and the enemy will keep off. These are very serious matters and we should recognise and know these secrets.

Recently, there have been disasters that have destroyed many lives in many countries. I was told of a man, who saw the flood raging towards his house andhe came out and pleaded the Blood of Jesus. The flood obeyed him, not a single drop of water entered his house but the houses next to him, were submerged. That is the power in the Blood of Jesus! -->

What is Hunger for God?

Jesus said, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled” (Matthew 5:6).

What does it mean to be filled by God? It begins with hunger.

I’ve been praying before, and suddenly, everything disappeared. All that mattered was what he said, what he promised. All that mattered was what he did, what he was doing. All that mattered was God.

I was at once like the dark, barren world before it was made, still formless and empty and void. Then slowly and surely there was activity, wind swooshing over water, the Spirit of God. Then a voice and then light and the judgment of goodness; not empty anymore. God filled me, and I could breathe.

I came into a sacred closeness with God and needed to discover him although I had already known him for quite some time. It seemed to be a period of open heavens, and I wanted to swim in it and savor it. Oh how sweet it was, the sweet presence of God. (adapted from Made to Pray)

I let my hunger lead me.

Hunger for God is the longing for God’s presence so that:
the hunger’s effects on you are noticeable
you act in order to satisfy the hunger
the hunger is satisfied in God alone

There were some very hungry people in the Bible:

Moses. While leading the million-or-so Israelites to the Promised Land, Moses insisted on God’s presence. He said to God, “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here…What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?” (Exodus 33:15). The distinguishing mark of God’s people would be the presence of God. For this reason, Moses would have rather stayed in the desert with God than gone to the Promised Land without God.

What about you? Are you pursuing your future with God or without him?

Sons of Korah. The Korahites were one of the primary families in the leadership of Jerusalem. Like Moses, they led with a deep and palpable hunger for God. The Sons of Korah wrote, “How lovely is your dwelling place, O LORD Almighty! My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the LORD, my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God…Better is one day in your courts than a thousand elsewhere” (Psalm 84:1-2,10). Their hunger for God was so remarkable that they could feel it in their deep places, and they would have rather been in the presence of God than anywhere else.

Anna. Anna was married to her husband for maybe seven years, then became a widow. She lived the rest of her life in the Temple, where “she worshipped night and day, fasting and praying” (Luke 2:37). She didn’t go anywhere else. When Jesus was brought there at eight days old, Anna recognized him as the Messiah. The presence of God created an awareness of God, and she could see what God was up to. She saw by faith rather than by sight (a goo-goo baby?) because she was saturated with God.

Can you recognize when God is up to something?

Moses, the Sons of Korah, and Anna all craved the presence of God. For them, that meant dwelling in the physical house of God, the place where God dwelled. But here’s the thing.

Times have changed. God’s presence isn’t limited to a building. God’s presence is available to each of us, right here, right now. 1 Corinthians 3:16 says, “Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?”

If you’ve received Christ, then you are God’s temple and his Spirit lives in you. You are meant to inhabit God’s presence. You can experience God whenever you want to. You don’t have to go anywhere. So let your hunger for God lead you…

And you will be filled.

Benefits of Praising God

Praise changes the spiritual climate. When you’re in a bad mood, begin praising God. You’ll be amazed at how the atmosphere changes. When Paul and Silas were in prison, they praised God and an earthquake freed them (Acts 16.25). A downer turned into deliverance.

Praise fulfills your primary purpose as a created being. After Jesus performed miracles, the crowd began praising God. The Pharisees wanted to rebuke them, but Jesus said, “If these [people] become silent, the stones will cry out!” (Luke 19.40) It is primal for creation to praise the Creator. If you don’t, you’ll worship something else.

Praise empowers you to great deeds. After the Apostle Peter named Jesus as the Son of God, Peter moved in astonishing power (Matthew 16.16). His great exploits began after his declaration of praise. Praise empowers you to do the same things Peter did.

Praise restores your understanding to the right order. When things go wrong, they take control. The broken water softener gets the upper hand. The prodigal son becomes your obsession. But in reality, God is still on the throne. Praise puts things in the right perspective.

Praise reminds you of God’s presence in your life. In Psalm 22.1, David wrote, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” Had God really forsaken David? No, but that’s how David felt. If you’re walking with God, He won’t forsake you. Praise reminds you that God is near.

Praise crucifies your pride. We tend to think of ourselves more highly than we ought. But praise humbles us. Hebrews 13.15 calls it a “sacrifice of praise.” Sacrifice always costs us. The Apostle Paul said he died daily (1 Cor. 15.31). Praise helps you die daily so God is raised.

Praise attracts God’s presence. When King Solomon dedicated the Temple to God, he offered sacrifices and praised God. God answered by sending fire from heaven. Then His Glory came (2 Chronicles 7). Praise attracts God’s presence. He is drawn to where He is welcomed.

Is God for us?

Romans 8:31 says that “God is for us.” Here are some scriptures that express how He is indeed for us.

“He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.” (2 Corinthians 5:5) God does not want us to fail. He has sent us the Holy Spirit to guide us and convict us.

“All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to Himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.” (2 Corinthians 5:18)

“But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8) God is for us so much that He gave His one and only Son as a sacrifice to pay the full debt of humanity’s sin. He did this to reconcile us to Himself.

“We love because He first loved us.” (1 John 4:19) He already loved us before we gave our lives over to Him. He is definitely for us.

“And this is the promise that He made to us – eternal life.” (1 John 2:25) We are assured eternal life with God.

God is for us. Read the Psalms. David wrote many that showcased God’s love for him as he was delivered from his enemies.
Can believers be defeated?

“Who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31) The answer to this is “no one.” Sure we can be persecuted and hurt here on earth, but eternally we will live and bask in the Glory of Christ forever. “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.” (Matthew 10:28) We will never be defeated eternally. God is the only one who can destroy us eternally and praise His name that He is for us.
