I am giving this testimony, so that many may increase in faith as I did. About three weeks ago I took my child for an HIV test. My Child had been having unprotected sex without my knowledge and I wanted to make sure my Baby was ok. So we went for STD and HIV test just to make sure. Nearly, a week after the test, I recieved the worst call of my life.On my way to work, the Dr. stated that the the HIV test for my child was postive and I needed to take my only child to the infectious disease doctor, I nearly fainted. In an instand my focus and life changed. I went into prayer mode right away. I begain fasting and praying.

The biggest dream I have ever had was to be a mother. I never even considered that I wouldn’t be able to have children. In 2001 my husband and I got married, that was also when I had my first miscarriage. I was devastated. Little did I know, that was the beginning of a really long and hard road to travel. My faith in God took a huge hit. I thought I had done something wrong, that it was my fault. The Lord showed me in His word that every barren woman eventually had a child. He comforted me by letting me know, through David’s experience, that I would one day be able to go to my child.

My son’s delving into black magic led to a psychosis that would last for two years. The doctor did not know what was wrong with him, said he would never be able to function without medication.

I CONVINCED MYSELF TO BE A WITCH:MUST READ

When I was about 12 I was a big fan of TV programmes like charmed and bewitched and liked the idea of magic, so I convinced myself that I wanted to be a witch. I would steal herbs and other ingredients from the kitchen and would make up potions and chant rhymes I had made up for spells in my bedroom, and sometimes spells that I made up would actually seem to work. I also had convinced myself that I was psychic from dreaming about certain things before they would happen, and so my interest in the occult was born.

I had been in the occult for a over 21 years when I found Christ. I was raised in the Baptist church, but things began happening in my life that they had no accountable explanation for. I grew up in a home that was periodically disturbed by what I believed were ghosts or spirits at least. I was told this was all a figment of my imagination and that I must be having mental problems. This they do because they are dead spiritually. Ephesians 2:1-3 speaks of those who are dead in sins and trespasses. The dead are those who sin and take pleasure in it. They enjoy living in sin which makes them no different from unbelievers.

Not only is love expensive, it may also undergo a trial. If you don’t believe this, ask Abraham. At a time, Abraham was torn between his promised child Isaac and God. It became inevitable for God to test whether he still loved Him (Genesis 22:1-2). Whether you like it or not, your love for God will be tested. Usually it would be based on someone or something you really love. Isaac was about 15 years before the test.  Abraham had become so fond of him to the point of Isaac being inseparable from him.

Some people hide under the fact that they have been previously anointed, and by this, pre-suppose that they do not need any further anointing. The truth is that God gives extra anointing to these whom he wants to give extra blessings and glory. Perhaps you have discovered that God has ordained you to be great; you still need to wait for the anointing. The fact that God has deposited the seed of greatness in your life does not mean that you have arrived. You need the anointing to fulfil your vision and achieve your destiny (2 Samuel 5:1 -3). The new anointing that God is going to add to your life is going to complete what He has started in your life. One of the reasons why the anointing is so important is that whatever is anointed cannot be reversed by the enemy.

If you are a bona fide child of God, the rivers and seas will serve you. River Jordan served Joshua, Elijah and Elisha. The Red Sea swallowed up the Egyptian hosts chasing the Israelites. The sea solidified under the feet of Jesus for Him to walk on. From today, the rivers, oceans, lakes and sea will serve you. This is one aspect of God’s creation that has been put under man’s dominion in Genesis 1:28. Today, the rivers still serve us in the baptism of saved souls. The water will not swallow your blessings in Jesus name. Have you lost any good thing to the river? Command that specific river to vomit it in Jesus name.

HOW DO YOU LOVE A LEADER WHO SITS ON YOUR PROGRESS? MUST READ

Ordinarily, there is no big deal in this except when you realise one of His commandments you must keep is to turn the other cheek to the one who slaps you. This is hard. It is hard to have the capacity and resources to carry out revenge but refrain from doing so because of your faith in Jesus Christ. When some Christians found themselves in such situations, they wept as when they saw a rat biting the tail of a cat but the cat could not do anything.

The Lord wrote a letter to the church in Laodicea. Let us briefly look at their background. Laodicea was a strong financial centre in those days. It had very rich inhabitants who thought since they had virtually all they needed, they did not need God. It was the heart of textile manufacturing, providing specialised medical care for eyes and ears. The church in Laodicea was equally inhabited by wealthy members who thought they could do almost anything with money. Being wealthy, they could afford the best of clothes and medical care. Their comfort and affluence made them proud people.
