STEPS TO MARRIAGE PART 2: MUST READ

.Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”-2 Timothy 2:15-

Today, people don’t study the “marriage brochure” any-more; some even don’t know that it exists. They desire to be married, but don’t bother to read and/or find out what it is entails. The thing about reading this brochure is that it saves you the stress, time and energy otherwise to be spent, trying to figure out what to do with the equipment (of marriage).

The Bible is your brochure to a successful married life. God’s Word contains all things that pertain to life and godliness, including a successful marriage. More so, He is the originator of the
marriage institution and so, has the best plan for and knowledge of it. You therefore need to find out God’s purpose for marriage, before you venture into it.

It does not pay when you go into marriage as a knowledge novice; you stand a chance of doing yourself more harm than good. For instance, if you don’t check this Brochure, how would you know that the major role of a wife is to respect and submit to her husband, while that of the husband is to love her first, above all else? It is in your search that you understand what it means to play your role faithfully and the benefits accrue to doing the same.

Therefore, rather than searching around endlessly for a partner you are not prepared for, go and study from the Word of God on what getting into this institution entails and then in preparation, you reach closer to your enlistment.
